I called Murphy's after a careful online search and comparison for garage door services. The office lady was very nice and helpful, and immediately made an appointment for me. Hunter quickly figured out the issue with our garage door. Hunter is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. "Needed to have 2 major springs replaced. Called at 12:30 and they were able to fit us in that afternoon. The service tech did a great job. Prompt, polite and efficient. He also did general maintenance and lubrication of all components. Good value for the money. Our door was fully operational that afternoon. Highly recommend. "

When I came back, all new doors installed, but I found issues. Called them the next morning, they came promptly and fix it although it was nothing to do with their earlier works.
